PortForm
All use cases

Take applications, résumé and all.

A hiring form is a contact form with a file attached. PortForm collects the candidate’s details and their résumé in a single submission and delivers it to the people doing the hiring.

The problem

A careers page needs to accept a file, and most form tools either can’t take one or lose the rest of the submission when the upload fails. You end up emailing a generic address and sorting it by hand.

How PortForm solves it

A form with a file input posts to PortForm. On Pro the résumé is stored alongside the answers; on the free tier the file is dropped and the rest of the application still arrives, so nothing is silently lost while you evaluate.

A form you can copy

Point this at PortForm and it works.

Replace YOUR_ACCESS_KEY with the access key from your dashboard. Create one free. The endpoint and the honeypot are already wired in.

What you get

The features this use case leans on.

Résumé uploads

A file input with enctype="multipart/form-data" — the résumé is stored with the application on Pro.

Name, email, role, portfolio link, notice period — add any field; each is stored and forwarded.

One tidy submission

Pro

Answers and file arrive together as a single record, not an email plus a stray attachment.
