Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers paid PostForm subscriptions sold by PostForm. Our payments, invoicing and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who appear as the seller on your statement and card receipt.
30-day money-back guarantee
If PostForm is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no reason required. This applies to the first payment on a new subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Downgrading returns your account to the free tier at the end of the current period.
Renewals after the first 30 days
Renewal payments (the monthly or yearly charge after your first period) are not automatically refundable, because access was available for that period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example you meant to cancel and did not — email us and we will look at it in good faith. We do not want to keep money for a service you did not use.
How to request a refund
Email support@postform.dev from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within a few business days once approved.
